We
hope 2007 is off to a great start and finds each of you healthy and
happy! December was extremely busy for us here at Simply Scrappin' as
customers prepared for the holidays, then continued into the New Year
as we held our huge "Blowout Sale" to clear the way for new inventory.
As the New Year begins, many of us find this is a good time to make
positive changes in our lives. At Simply Scrappin' we are making some
changes as well. First of all, we are very happy to introduce Michelle
Pezza, a new addition to our store! Michelle is an avid scrapbooker who
will be working on a regular basis to help us and our customers.

Another addition to our store that we are very excited about is the
offer of weekly specials. Beginning the week of January 15th, sales
will be offered on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so be sure to come into
our store or check our website for the weekly discounts and special
offers, so that you can take advantage of them. These weekly savings
will replace our current punch card program. We are no longer issuing
new punch cards, however we will continue to "punch" and redeem
existing cards through March. All filled cards must be redeemed by
March 31st. Only one filled card may be redeemed per visit.

New inventory is beginning to roll into our store. We are carrying a
variety of Valentine's Day and wedding themed papers and
embellishments. From Bo Bunny we have the sophisticated Romance
collection and the adorable Heart Throb collection, along with
Ooh-la-la, and A Day to Remember. We have Basic Grey's Blush
collection, and the new Valentine's line from Karen Foster. Daisy D's
Romance fills out our current collection, and Heidi Grace's Love
Blossoms is on its way. We have added several Valentine related
die-cuts from Quickutz, restocked our Bazzill heart-shaped paper, and
added several new Valentine stickers from Jolee's. We've also restocked
the popular Fruitcake collection from Basic Grey and added some lines
from the Dasher collection for those of you still looking for Christmas
paper. From Karen Foster we have the new Little Boy and Little Girl
collections and the Road
Trip collection.
This month we are making CD tin accordion albums from Bo Bunny's Heart
Throb collection. Great for Valentine's Day and absolutely adorable! In
February, we are making winter-themed paper bag albums. See below for

Classes
Beginning Scrapbook
Tuesday, January 9th
Tuesday, February 13th
Our classes are from 10 a.m. to noon, and the fee is $10., which
includes all the materials needed to complete a two page lay-out. All
you need to bring are your photos. These classes are designed for first
time scrapbookers and are very basic. If you have been overwhelmed by
all the embellishments you see in a scrapbook store, this class is for
you. We will show you simple and quick techniques to get your photos
into albums. Receive a 10% discount on all purchases made when you
attend. No reservation needed.
Alternative Album Classes
Tuesday, January 23rd - "Heart Throb" CD tin album; Fee, $20.
Tuesday, February 27th - "I Love Winter" paper sack album; Fee, $20.
The fee includes all materials & instruction needed to complete
each project. Just bring your own adhesive and trimmer, if you have
one. Pre-payment is required to reserve your kit.
Crops

Our crops are from 5 p.m. – 10 p.m. The $10 fee includes refreshment,
the use of our tools and Sizzix die-cuts, along with scrapbook tips and
ideas. Come share in the fun of scrapbooking with others. Beginners
welcome! Seating is filled on a first-response basis. Prepayment is
required to reserve your space, which is fully refundable with a 48
hour cancellation notice. Receive 10% off all product in the store
